These St. Valentine's Day messages are part of my vintage postcard collection.  I digitally restored and then animated the cards to simulate their so-called "mechanical" properties.  Isn't it amazing that these postcards made it through the mail?  Most were postmarked between 1905-1920.  Some of the mechanicals are the work of Ellen H. Clapsaddle.

Note: the little animated dividers come from the Animation Factory.  I added them to entertain my youngest visitors.  BBR
